This new construction at 1111 Barrenjoey Road, Palm Beach was completed within 18 months and involved many project challenges including: 
  • Laying of large format Travertine Slabs as bathroom tiles 2200mm*700mm each. 
  • The use of in-situ concrete island bench created off site and delivered. 
  • Oversized external windows and doors and logistics involved. 
  • Ensuring highest level finishes throughout project.

This property at 35 Upper Fairfax Road, Mosman required extensive alterations and additions that required structural considerations.  The project was completed within 15 months and some challenges included:
  • 180mm blackbutt flooring.
  • site access and material handling.
  • using the original structure and roof reinforcement to save costs.
